Is it possible for an adult to undo their adoption?

I have never heard of something like that, although I can't say definitively that it couldn't happen. The fact that it was a legal relinquishment and a legal adoption, I doubt it can be done. A couple alternatives you can consider: have your birthmother adopt you, and / or legally change your name to that of your birthmother
