it is a chemical imbalance. i started going to the gym a few times a week - you should try it... it really picks up your mood. you will look and feel better. start drinking more water, eating right. i tried medication and it made me feel like a zombie, lifeless robot. i wasnt sad, but i couldnt feel much else. i wont ever do that again, however medication helps a lot of people .. but there are other ways of dealing with it. also having a pet.. cat or dog can really help depression. try it.
