Is there any hope for me? (extremely small )?

I'm 17 years old, and have the s of a 12 year old. They stopped growing a loooong time ago. I have regular periods and everything else is normal. I have a normal weight for my size, too. I've heard people say that extremely small are from being anorexic or are inherited, but I've NEVER had an eating disorder-- and NONE of my female relatives seem to have the problem I do, so how could this be hereditary? Sometimes I wonder what's wrong with me. It isn't that I just want to get more attention to that area or anything, it's more that I just want to be NORMAL!!! I've also heard that sometimes "late bloomers" don't stop growing until they're college years. But I've stopped ALREADY for the longest time. Am I reeeeally just supposed to be this way, or am I just a late bloomer? Is there any hope for me???
