Countdown timer for a presentation?

I need a countdown timer I can use on a Windows movie maker presentation. It needs to show seconds and hundredths of a second I need to have it count down the beginning of the presentation and everyone has to see it. Something like you see on the BBC opening music. Can someone tell me where I can find it?
