A question about Lady Gaga's Alejandro video...?

Wow... this does look a little creepy. I hope i like the video, because Alejandro is one of my favorite Gaga songs. I do think i see a pillow somewhere so it could be someone on a bed or something. Maybe Gaga purposely had them release that screen cap so we could all guess what it is and fail miserably lmao.
