Problems at work what should i do?

I am having major problems at work and not sure what to do. First Everything was good , i got along with all the charge nurses, RNS, LVNs. Then one charge nurse i will call Tootsie started to really stress me out, so i mentioned it to her, but she didn't take it seriously. As time progressed i began speaking to the other charge nurse who will be skittles asking advice. Well time ped and nothing happend so then i sent an Email to the Big Boss well he responded but accidentally fowarded the email to BOTH charge nurses. So now Tootsie & Skittles are going against me! Now i can't work peacefully. My probation was extended for another 2 months, because they complained that i didn't finish my work and so fourth! This whole thing is a mess! What should i do? Should i got to Human Resources? Transfer to a different Clinic? Stick it out? I dont know im so confused!
