Is this relationship going well?

Well weve been going out almost a month and he asked me to see a movie but i couldnt and we saw a talent show together but we barley talked and we barley talk in person but we text because we never see eachother in school because we are in different homerooms. He said Im beautiful twice hot once and once said "So whats up my<3" and he wants me to be safe because i have a friend who is violent to me and he told me he needs to have a "talk" with her. And he threatend 2 people because they hurt me. Is there anything I could do to make this relationship better? Im only 12 and i wouldnt want to go somewhere with him as long as its in a group. Does he love me? What should i do? Is this a good relationship?
