Is this gas or a heart attack?

yesterday had a terrible pain right where my heart is, i tried to burp and it helped but about 9:30 last night it came back. i drank some sprite nd burped and it felt better. now it's back again it just woke me up i held my chestwhere it hurt and it was cold sweat but nowhere else other than right over my plate. im farting up a storm and burping and its not helping this time at least not yet. as i type this i can hear my body swishing things around inside me. i wanted to make sure if it was a heart attack or just gas beccasue i have no insurance
