If the Pats beat Pittsburg this week can they win out?

Having Matt Cell starting for my fantasy league It would be nice to see. He is giving me great points for the last couple of weeks now. It would fall to tradition as well. Tom Brady came in when Drew Bledsoe got hurt and did great for him. It just seems to follow that Cell will have to do the same.
