Do I dress like a skank?

Today my mom said I dress like a skank. First just saying, I've never really dated anyone, never kissed, never (in fact I'm saving that for marriage). Second, I'm wearing white skinny jeans (that aren't totally skin tight), Black ugg boots, purple dress (That's a little too short, that's why I wore skinny jeans underneath), with a white tank top underneath, and a cream colored hollister jacket on. I never thought of this outfit as skanky, in fact my mom said just a week ago that it was cute. Is it skanky or not!?!
